SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview At Deo Volente & Co, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays).
- Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to:
- All provinces within South Africa
- Selected international destinations (contact us before ordering to confirm availability and rates)
4. Shipping Rates & Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the full amount payable by the customer — this cost is not included in the product price and is a separate charge.
⚠️ By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the shipping fee as quoted at checkout. This fee is non-refundable except in cases where we have made a fulfilment error.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Courier Partners We partner with reputable South African courier services to deliver your orders. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
7. Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number on the courier's website to track your parcel. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
8. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery Fees
- It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
- Deo Volente & Co is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- In the unlikely event your parcel is lost in transit, we will lodge a claim with the courier on your behalf. Resolution timelines depend on the courier's investigation process.
- We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number until your order is safely received.
10. Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by their country's authorities. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees and are beyond our control.
